WHO CAN ATTEND:

        This event is open to all Chrysler/Dodge LX/LC/LD platform vehicle owners.
        This includes 300's, Challengers, Chargers and Magnums.
        This is a private event for pre-registered LX/LC/LD car owners ONLY.
        No "drop-ins" - if you are not pre-registered, you will not be allowed entry.
        The event is NOT open to spectators except those arriving with a participant.
        Due to the security at the venue, you MUST have your registration to enter.

EVENT ARRIVAL & PARKING:

The Saturday event will run from 9:00AM - 5:00PM.

Please arrive NO EARLIER than 8:00 and NO LATER than 11:00!

If you wish to park by friends or as a club, you will need to arrive together!

You MUST park where you are directed and there will be no saving spaces.

Once parked, you will not be able to leave and re-enter & no cruising.

Place your windshield placard on the passenger side windshield (see below)

This event will take place rain or shine - come prepared for both.

EVENT GENERAL RULES:

Please make sure kids know NOT to touch the cars.

Kids are not to be riding scooters/razors, etc around vehicles.

Be cautious with cameras, handbags, etc. when walking between cars.

Please be considerate and respectful of our hosts and the host site.

NO speeding or burnouts as you enter or leave the area.

NO cruising or coming & going after you're parked.

NO loud stereos. If you are doing a demo, please make it brief.

NO pets.

NO alcohol.

PLAN-AHEAD INFO:

Print out driving directions/map or program your NAV system

Windshield Placard: The placard identifies you and your car.

Detail any mods you may have done so members can hound you!

Please complete the placard prior to arrival

If you forget your placard, we will have blank ones at the info booth.

WHAT TO PACK:

Photo camera, movie camera, 2-way radios

water, sodas, ice chest, munchies (free lunch will be provided)

chairs, sunscreen, jackets, umbrella, hand sanitizer, litter bag

tape for your windshield placard

notebook w/pencil for mod details you may wish to record

car detailing products to keep that ride shining

address book for info about the new and old friends you're finally meeting

stuff for the kids to play with in case they get bored
(no skateboards, skooters or bicycles please)

         The monthly gathering place of LX's will be host to our out of town guests for a special meet.

MARCH 23rd - FRIDAY AFTERNOON
        Social Gathering - TBA
        BBQ & parking lot social at DoubleTree.

MARCH 23rd - FRIDAY NIGHT - KICK-OFF PARTY
        MEET & GREET AT THE DOUBLETREE HOTEL: All Day Until Closing (bar will be open until 1:00 AM or later)
        Additional poolside bar area will be open for our group from 4:00-8:00 PM
        FYI - The Chrysler crew may very well be spotted here...
        Pick up a 'My Name Is' sticker at the front desk or the bar so people know who you are.
        Put your Username & First Name on the badge and hang out!
        Dinner at the Hotel : special BBQ buffet dinner from 4:00-9:00 PM.
        Additional dinner service will be available in the restaurant
        PLEASE park only in hotel spaces - do not occupy the driveway or handicap spaces
        DO NOT loiter or drink in the entrance area of the hotel. Be respectful of the hotel and its employees.

MARCH 24th - SATURDAY SPRING FESTIVAL
        EVENT HELD ON THE AIR STRIP AT THE ORANGE COUNTY GREAT PARK .
        (Former site of the Marine Corp Air Station, El Toro).
        SPECIAL GUESTS to include VIP's from Chrysler, Dodge, Mopar and SRT!

PRIZE DRAWINGS
        We will have a prize drawing again this year!
        MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN!

MARCH 24th - SATURDAY EVENING
        Dinner at the Hotel : (menu tba) 5:00-9:00 PM.
        Additional dinner service will be available in the restaurant
        Hotel shuttle to Spectrum dinner options available.

MARCH 25th - SUNDAY AFTERNOON
        Attendee organized activities

The DoubleTree will have a professional detail service available onsite (at the hotel) all day Friday and again Saturday morning.
Friday hours will be 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM and Saturday will be 7:00 AM until needed.

3. Right at Deerfield Ave 0.2 mi it will be on the right and backs up to Deerfield

In the past years we have had vendors displaying at the event. This year we will have even more vendors for you to see all of the latest products available to the LX & LC platform. They will have product on display and vehicles with the products. Talk first hand with the experts of these manufactures to find the product you’ve been looking for.
